Scott Richardson
Co-Owner · Operations
Animal Science, University of Florida
Scott brings a deep understanding of food quality to every aspect of Northwest Seafood's operations. He oversees the day-to-day production of both locations — from staffing and customer experience to ensuring every product that hits the counter meets his exacting standards.
Scott's hands-on approach means he's often the first face you'll see when you walk in. He believes a great seafood market is built on trust, and that trust is earned one interaction at a time.
Lee Deaderick
Co-Owner · Procurement & Sourcing
Food Science, University of Florida
Lee is the reason Northwest Seafood's fish is as fresh as it gets. With a Food Science degree from the University of Florida and decades of hands-on experience, he manages all procurement and supplier relationships.
Lee's direct connection to Gulf fishermen means we often have local supply that simply isn't available elsewhere in Gainesville. When you ask where the fish came from, Lee can usually tell you exactly who caught it or what company it came from.
